ORA

ORA OLIVE OIL

The dispute of ORA Marlborough Ltd was withdrawn on the second day, as it was patently clear that it was riddled with erroneous accusations that characterized the acrimony that developed when ORA did not follow the contract and advice then proceeded to blame SPATS for not doing what ORA Marlborough Ltd was in fact responsible for doing itself.

The Heard’s were ‘poisoning the well’ by telling other shareholders that SPATS was holding up the project when it is clearly stated in ORA‘s submissions that Mrs Heard had not provided the content and other deliverables  within the proscribed time frame.
